Where does the delivery fee go?
The delivery fee goes directly to the driver for gas. This amount does not include tip, which will be very much appreciated.

What if there is a mistake in my order?
Please email the manager immediately at manager@latenightoption.com and your issue will be dealt with within 48 hours.

Can I make changes to my order?
No. Once your order has been placed, we cannot make any changes to your order as we try our best to send out all of our orders in the timeliest of fashion so once an order has been placed, it is final and changes cannot be made.

What if I accidentally put the wrong phone number for my order?

How long does delivery usually take?
Delivery times will vary depending on how busy we are, but our average delivery times vary from 15-75 minutes. If you have not received your order yet in 75 minutes, feel free to contact us about your order.

How do I pay with cash?
Yes, at checkout there will be an option to pay by cash.

Do you take orders over the phone or AIM?
No, our AIM and phone is for questions only at the moment, so please order through our website.

I am only a couple blocks outside of your delivery region, can you deliver to me?
As we just recently expanded our delivery region, we will not be taking any orders outside of our delivery region at the moment.

Can you put the noodles on the side?
Yes! Our noodles are made fresh daily and come packaged separately from the soup. All you have to do is open the bag of noodles and drop it (without the bag, duh) into the soup!

Do your sprouts, basil, peppers, and lime come packaged separately from the soup?
Yes, these sides are packaged fresh daily in its own bag for you to put into the soup yourself.

Are your Phở containers microwave safe?
Yes, they are microwave and dishwasher safe so feel free to reuse them!

Are your containers BPA free?
Yes, our containers are BPA free and safe to use. Here is the manufacturer's official statement about BPA and their products:

All of Pactiv Corporation/Newspring’s Foodservice Packaging products are formulated and fabricated in compliance with U.S. Food Law, and with applicable U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations.

Based on information provided by our suppliers, and on Pactiv's manufacturing practices, I can assure you that Bisphenol A (also known as “BPA”) is not used as an ingredient in our aforementioned products.

Do I have to sign anything at the time of receipt if I pay by credit card?
Nope, since the payment transaction takes place completely online, there is no need for you to sign anything!
